Hi all,
I wanted to use PCQ to divide bandwidth eqally among 2 computers but the speed of my internet connection is not very stable. It warries from from 4 to 8 Mbs so when I set the Max limit to a low value, e.g. 1M, it works exactly as it should, the bandwith is divided exactly 50:50. But when I set the Max limit to lets say 7M the ratio can change to 20:80 =/.
Do you have an idea how to divide the bandwidth equally?
