Pentium M with ASUS adapter on regular motherboard

There is a need to have nstreme2 on top of 30meter tower. Only solution is to have outdoor computer up-there. In previous topics it was said, that PentiumIV/Celeron is not goog idea due CPU heat emissions. What about such configuration - PentiumM on regular mainboard using ASUS adapter?
Maybe already there are some other products?

Maybe somebody has tested this solution for ASUS mainboard with Asus CT-479 ( http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=54&l3=0&model=467&modelmenu=1) adapter for PentiumM procesors?
Seems like it is possible to have “normal” mainboard with not so hot CPU.

If you don’t mind 7db cable loss at 5.8ghz, or less at 2.4, you could run LMR600 up and have your computer on the ground. A bigger antenna could make up for the loss.
