few of my customer use switch to sell the servies to another people that is not subscribed ,so
can I Know the number of user that use one account ?

do you use user manager + hotspot, or only hotspot ?
if you only use “hotspot”, you can use this in the hotspot user profile settings:
shared-users (integer; default: 1) - maximal number of simultaneously logged in users with the same username
