Performance issue

Hello,
I am having a performance issue in my network.

I have a RB2011iL and a RB750GL linked in gigabit ethernet with a server and a Sinology NAS. To one port of the RB750 it is chained a wifi link with two Ubiquity Nanostation Loco that switch to Fast Ethernet for the network on the other building (the wifi link is very good, lower the 100m in line of sight). As long as the transfer is between gigabit device, it is all ok, but when there is the cross between gigabit and fast ethernet, the performance drop down to about an half of the fast ethernet throughput (4.5MB/s transferring a file).

If I replace the RB2011 with a Netgear gigabit switch and the rb750 with a cheap fast ethernet switch, the performance returns to the top speed of fast ethernet (9-10MB/s), with the same computers, cables and configurations.

I have tried many version of RouterOS, even with the last 6.11 the problem is detected.

What can I do to solve the question?

Thank you very much for your help.
