Phone Jack Iterface issue....

Hi,

I have a mtik 2.8.13 router level 3 , ip telephony pk installed, …

Any ideas why routerOS is not detecting my phonejack interface?

I have tried two of them (new)(PCI) on different slots on the motherboard but under ip /telephony/ voice-ports menu I only get isdn and voip, not the phonejack interface…

Under System / Resources/PCI, The interface shows up using IRQ 10 and under I/O using e800-e8ff, BUT under IRQ does not show up.


Any ideas to point me in the right direction to fix this, will be very appreciated.

PD: If I install a X100 Zaptel, routeros detects it without a problem.

AFAIK, they have a new release of PhoneJack with different chip that is not (yet?) supported by MT.

can we use those phonejack card to connect the routerboard to an ADSL ?

Phonejack cards can only be used to connect an analog phone (not phone line, but a telephone device) to a PC.
