PIA Tx but no Rx

Hello everyone… First off I really like these routers, I have used Watchguard, Kerio, Linksys, Netgear, etc and this by far is the best bang for the buck.
What I am working with> RB2011UiAS w/ 6.39.1

I have followed the guide, https://matthewmcclatchey.com/using-private-internet-accesss-vpn-with-mikrotiks-routeros-via-pptp/ in order to setup the PPTP with PIA. I get a connection and all the traffic goes out, but nothing seems to come back in. I have tried to disable all my hairpin rules, made doubly sure the mangle rule I created is up top. I feel as if I’m missing something rather simple at this point. Any help would be appreciated, what info do you need from me?

Have you fasttrack enabled in your firewall rules? If so then try to disable it. If this works, create a rule to bypass fasttrack for PIA traffic.
