the first pic just shows you that you have applied a filter.

when I reboot the RB that goes away and comes back in 45+ minutes - this is a straight upgrade - no changes.

We are a straight bridged network.
Our routing is handled by external routers.

Thank you for the quick reply but we need a direction to go in to resolve this.

remove the filter and then show us the interface list!

BTW - I’m really tired - 1:30am here and I’ve been going nuts over this today. I hope I don’t sound short but my eyeballs are sticking and I’m down to two fingers typing - one and a half on the right and half a finger on the left.

just make a supout.rif during the time when the interfaces are not working, and send it to support. that will be much easier for us. pictures don’t help at all
