pihole dhcp lease stuck on "waiting" but connected

Hi Guys, this is my first post here, i checked to see if there is similar issue, but the guy from

didn't respond so no answer was provided.
So here I am with a raspbarry pi, pihole connected on ether5 and static dhcp lease on mikrotik configured and wondering what am I doing wrong. The raspberry IS actually connected, but the MikroTik is showing dhcp lease "waiting". Here is my configuration and maybe someone can help me figure this out?

Edit: I found a solution on the raspberry pi part of the end.

relink dhcp lease!!!

sudo dhclient -r
sudo dhcclient
you can do it also automatically on reboot.
