Ping can't be less than 15

Hi, my system is connected via ethernet cable.
But something made my ping 15.
It always pings 15 ms.
That wasn’t like that that was 1 ms.

How can I fix that? I am currently using PPPoE system. PPPoE system shows that connection is 6 Mbps. Maybe that may give you a clue.

Is this from within your local subnet or 15ms out to the world?

I solved it, problem is log files causes 15 ms. I ereased’em and ping get normal.

I realised now, problem is not about log. It still gives that thing.

It causes extra 15 ms from internet, like:
