PING different IP & routing

Hello All MIkrotik.com Residents

Introduce me from Indonesia
because the web for the proxy forum in our country is dead (forummikrotik.com), then let me ask a question in this forum

Previously, I apologized if my use of language seemed bad or harsh, because I used Google translate from Indonesian to English

Alright, let’s start

Previously I used ECMP Load Balancing, and it ran successfully… it can PING between VLANs and LANs
until later on there was a problem, namely all DVRs in all places could not be accessed from outside the network or the internet

then changed to using ISP1 for VLAN10-1 and ISP2 for LAN-1 and VLAN10-2, with the result that the DVR can be accessed from outside the network
then there is a problem here that is
between LAN-1 cannot PING to VLAN10-1 and VLAN10-2 (or vice versa), because of this monitoring becomes inactive

My problem is
how IP between LAN-1 and VLAN can communicate or in PING ?
I have tried for several NAT Rules and it still doesn’t work for PING

for suggestions and criticism, I wait from the members here
Thank You
