Ping from WAN not working

Hi all

I am setting up a 450g to act as a pptp server. Only problem I got is that I cannot ping the gateway interface from a different geographical location on a different ISP. I had created a rule on my firewall like this and placed it on top of the rule’s list:

What is wrong please?

Try traceroute too. What is the IP of the “unpingable” board?

Created another rule which is identical to the above and worked!
