Ping from winbox problem ! (PROBLEM SOlVED)

Hi, i am newbie here. i have a Mikrotik RB750 routeros, my problem is when i ping to my linux server 192.168.2.123-ether3 and my dvr 192.168.2.254-ether3 is timeouts, when i trying to ping my other workstation computer (windows based) 192.168.2.28-ether3 got reply. aftertat i trying to tick the ARP Ping, all of them got reply. what is my problem actually? i guess maybe caused of this problem i cant success doing the port forwarding & viewing my cctv from internet. i have try & success using vnc throung internet to my window based computer 192.168.2.28-ether3

hi, i get the solution already, i cant ping from my linux server and cctv dvr beacause of the dvr & linux server not login the hotspot, so my solution is using ip bind to by pass the login. thanks all problem solved
