I have a client that report to me about the high latency ping to my ISP DNS or http://www.yahoo.com if all of the client computer access to internet.
How to resolve this problem?

Are you using Queues?
Is the client maxing out his bandwidth? Because that’s the way queues work. Once client hits his maximum bandwidth, his latency will increase.

Yes, that’s how queues work. Under any system. When you reach maximum bandwidth, that’s the only way something is going to slow you down.
Packets will be slowed down and queued. That’s how latency appears

as i know, you can assign a specific queue for ICMP or ping packet, so it wont get stuck at the same queue.
try it if you like.
you can make a specific mangle/queue for icmp,
so when client use all quota,
icmp traffic still work fine.
