I am getting random spikes of between 200 and 400ms on every interface on my CCR1072 firmware version 6.41.3 this happened on 6.41.2 as well.
I ping cabled directly into the router this happens?
Any advice?

Turns out this is caused by CPU spikes, all 72 cores spike to 50% and there is a ping spike and packet loss for all PPPoE clients.
Under profile both networking and firewall jump, I have removed all filter rules however I have about 20 NAT rules with about 800 clients using them.
I had the exact same setup on a CCR1036 and it worked perfectly, is there any reason this would not work on a 72 core?
/////////////// EDIT
Happens whenever a client DC from PPPoE
I will do all NAT on a different router - Solved
That is a costly solution.
How much traffic goes through that CCR1072?

This did not work, I am still getting ping spikes on every interface, the CPU spikes have stopped however.
We are not even reaching 1Gbps over the bridge. Avg of about 70 000pps both ways no NAT and about 900 simple queues.
Never had this on our CCR1036 so I can only assume it has something to do with the CCR1072.
This is a stock router with 10 firewall rules blocking input into the router, PPPoE server set up on a bridge with 2 SFP interfaces in the bridge and a WAN.
