I have two MT 2.9.46 machines. One on PC, seconf RB133. Both are connected with WDS. Signals are -62/-63, link 5GHz, no other networks. Problem is with Ping, because ping from MT to PC is about 7-8ms, sometimes 17-19ms. No other data is sending over link, CPU utilization about 2-3% on RB133. I have other similar configuratons, and ping is 2-3ms, but with older versions MT. Is there any problem with 2.9.46 Mikrotik version?

Sounds like somthing else in your area, perhaps something else using that frequency.
I have no problems with .46, other users on this forum love this version
Yes, I’m sure. Scanning and snooper shows no other networks. This is village, so it’s possible. I have changed channels also, but there is still problem with long response time to ping. Maybe should I try to downgrade MT?
I have downgraded, but nothing changed 
I will try to change RB133 and mPCI card to another one. What do you think?
Now, i know that it’s not link problem. When I am pinging RB133 addresse it replays with 7-9ms! Why pinging itself - it replays with 7-9ms??!
