I perches Planet FGSW-2622VHP 802.3af/at POE switch and I have 8 MT AP ( 2pcs of mAP lite, 5 cap lite and one mAP2nD). mAP lite and cAP lite working fine with crossover cable. mAP2nD was working fine after upgrade to latest Router OS it won’t turn on via POE, it work with adapter or injector. Now I purchase 4pcs of mAP 2n and it won’t turn on via POE. If I use injector or adapter it working fine. Also I have Planet GSD-808HP switch and it acting same like 2622. Is there any solution that I can do without injector or adapter? Or I need to replace switches.

I think probably there are 2 reasons for that. firstly, your 2622 poe switch can’t provide power enough for all these 8 devices. if the inside power supply in 2622VHP is only 40W, then 8 devices may need 50W, then your mAP2nD won’t turn on via POE. another reason is that maybe some your AP just work with 24v passive POE, then you need the 802.3af/at to 24V passive POE converter.
As i check, mAP2nD work with 802.3af/at poe input. so the most probable that the POE switch can’t provide enough power for all 8 devices.
