Version 6.x seems to have major reliability issues when used in a wireless network. We are seeing more and more links that (although linked -ie registered) suddenly decide that they cannot be bothered to pass traffic until the AP side is rebooted. When you have a complex network of 500+ Mikrotiks out there you can imagine the chaos this causes! On some links this can happen every couple of days, which when multiplied by a large number of links is ****ing ****!
I have been seeing the reliability of Mikrotik RouterOS software going down and down over the past couple of years. What is the point in adding in fancy widgits if the core functionality is pants?!?
Do you guys not even bother to test new versions of RouterOS before you release them?
