i have Wireless PCI Adapter TL-WN651G (TP Link) my question is can i used this card in MikroTik as a access point? if yes then tell me my each client have Wlan card with outdoor antenna they are connect to this card please Help Thanks in Advanced

Yes, of course. You just need PC and Mikrotik x86 with license level 4 or higher.
