Please Help Me About Auto Script

Hi all,

I am from Bangladesh , I am using 2 ISP connection with Policy base routing & my network running well.

Like>

192.168.1.0/24 - ISP 1

192.168.2.0/24 - Isp 2



Now i need one scrpit > when ISP 1 Goes down then all user go ISP 2 (Auto)
Now i need one scrpit > when ISP 2 Goes down then all user go ISP 1 (Auto)
