please help me in designing my network in well and good

Hi all,

Can anyone help me in designing my new network with following resources.
1.Got 2MBps leased line from ISP
2.have level 6 MikroTik OS installed
3.got to manage 150 Nodes in the network.
4.got static ip’s around 30 from ISP.
5.have DAX 1821 router

So kindly advice or recommend me how good and well i should configure or set my network to trouble less and simply manageable.
