My Net Diagram is:

I want to
From 195.151.84.2 (connect to mik1)
ping 192.168.226.1 ok (connect to mik2)
ping 192.168.226.2 ok (connect to mik2)
ping 192.168.2226.11 ok (mik2)
ping 172.20.30.1 ok (connect to cisco)

and ping all 192.168.226.0/24 and 172.20.0.0/16 to 195.151.84.1/0

Is all my gateway and routes correct?

Cisco must know that route to 195.151.84.0/24 is via 192.168.226.11, does it? Either that, or you must NAT outgoing packets to make them look like they are coming from 192.168.226.11.
