Please help! My router has a trojan horse!

I think I downloaded a trojan horse to my main router, and now my internet doesn’t work. I tried emailing netinstall.exe to Mikrotik, but they never responded. My users aren’t able to connect at all to the Internet. I have about 15 of these on towers, but the trojan has spread to all of them now :frowning: Please tell me how to update the norton on these so they will work again. I’m using v5.21.
