You cannot add new NIC drivers, they either work or they dont.

Try disabling all your USB, audio, secondary IDE channels, etc in the bios to see if it’s an IRQ conflict.

the driver menu is not for PCI cards, don’t use it. you can’t add new drivers, if the card doesn’t work in latest RouterOS version, there is nothing you can do

roll back to 3.13 or 3.17. If you still have problems then send a supout with the card installed to support. If it’s working under the old version then also send a supout and update the wiki to state not working with 3.20. save someone else the headache.

rather than bitch at MT for not supporting it, ask nicely for them to look at why its not working when it was. they don’t have every nic available to test every release with.
