hello to everyone,
i have seen before in some ISP that was using Mikrotiks .. and after a client didn’t paid for it’s invoice they stopped it’s connection and when the client tried to open any page, the router has making a redirect in a local site and showing a special content, that your internet connection is disabled blla blla..
i just want to know how to do this configuration and no problem about html design i can do it myself,

There are some way to do it.
You can use web proxy feature for redirect only HTTP traffic to a local web server for who didnt pay.
Also you can use a dst nat for redirect only HTTP traffic to a your web server.
