Please I need help to solve this is a new router without use that restarted because the key that is described on the label does not work.
I did a restore with netinstall to recover the hap AX2 router I followed every step indicated in the manual and the end I was told that it was ready and the router rebooted, but when trying to enter by SSH or Http does not connect using winbox and does not show any packet loaded so the winbox restarts every 5 seconds and does not allow to modify anything at all.
Did you leave your PC connected to ether1 ? Or did you connect it to another port ?
As far as I know If you loaded default configuration and left PC connected to ether1 then you shouldn’t be able to connect to router as ether1 is by default WAN port and firewall rules blocks any attempt to connect.
I am connected in ether2 it does not show me the initial configuration and I observe that it does not have any firmware, at this point someone has a solution.
It’s just the winbox not displaying the information. I’ve had such cases, I don’t remember the exact cause. But the point is that the winbox does not receive information from the device, so all fields are empty.
PS It’s a network problem.
But if it is a winbox problem you should deliver the ip dhcp, how did you manage to solve this problem in all honesty, I’ve been trying to solve it for 4 days but I can’t get anything.
Try changing the network connections. Mikrotik after netinstall has an IP address 0.0.0.0 connection problem was related to this. Something in the computer is blocking access.
Try to set the address 0.0.0.2 on your computer.
