please i want make backup to user manager i have mikrotik v 2.9.27
how to make user manager back up and restore

tool user-manager database save
Give it a name. - Now it is saved

tool user-manager database load - type the name of the backup file be sure to put in the .umb at the end (it needs that too.)


And that is how you backup/restore your usermanager..

You must upgrade use the latest version of RouterOS,
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Upgrading_RouterOS
2.9.27 is very old and could work work unstable.
