You cannot. You can physically install it, but there will not be any drivers to use it.

Maybe as a streaming server, but you should do that on an independent one.

for streaming use VLC . it’s a great software for streaming.. you can’t install tv card on MT lol.

What about make a driver that connects 2 mt router by TV cards and old tv coax?
