Hi,
I would like to connect some DoorBird equipment (all support only Mode A via 4-wire cable) to CRS328-24P-4S+RM (only supports Mode B), as I want to replace my TP-Link TL-SG108PE (supports Mode A and B).
The obvious solution would be to buy a https://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Digitus-Konverter-PoE-Modus-A-gt--PoE-Modus-B_1273401.html for every DoorBird device, but that converter doesn’t fit into some of the inlets. So I’m looking into special crossover cables as mentioned at https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/PoE-Out. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_over_Ethernet the wiring is different from the normal patch crossover cables, so I’m wondering where I could buy those ones. Or would I have to crimp them myself?
Thanks!
