poe create problem in sxt and groove

when in SXT and Groove purchase Mikrotik give with POE but there is many problem in POE
1st there is no led in poe
2nd it is connect in 10MB with eth. and
many poe not working so possible plz change poe. and give it 2 eth. cable input that one for radio and second for system and

it is batter for eng. and our customer also.

yes I receive this- u send , and I face problem in that POE but I request that plz give that poe I send image.
