POE step down

HI,

Im wondering if this will work.
We use RB960PGS to power IP cameras 802.3af with 48v power supply.
So now we can’t power sxt 5 (Supported input voltage 5 V - 30 V) and because we have 15 SXT 5 in storage we want to use them.

We were searching on Google and find this step-down addapter from ubnt:

Can anyone tell me if this product will work with RB960PGS (48v) powering sxt 5 (5v-30v) ?
