Hi,
do you know if I can power with TP-Link TL-SG1210MP POE switch HAP AX2? Could I make it work?
Your HAP AX2 can ONLY use Passive POE, no need to ask the same question over and over, the answer will be the same.
One of the options is to buy a Passive POE injector like the RBPOE :https://mikrotik.com/product/RBPOE
The hAPax2 and hAPax3 are <30V max… while 802.11at/af is 48V…
But this box would convert the 802.11at/af power to 24V:

Hi,
do you know any poe switch which support passive poe and poe 802.3af for reasonable price? I see only from MT but they are too expensive.
It’s not something that MikroTik doesn’t produce…
Asking for advice on other competitors’ hardware is not allowed on the MIKROTIK forum…
so send me then PM, please.
