I’ve bought ‘hex poe’ with intetion to power ‘hap ac lite’ but now I see there’s a difference between passive POE and whatever. Can it work?

hEX PoE with 24V PSU will power hAP AC Lite (Passive PoE)
but
hEX PoE with 48V PSU will not power hAP AC Lite (802.3at PoE)
