I should do a link between two houses. The distance is 160 meters in full optical visibility. I should not share the connection but use it only in the destination point link.
I would like create a stable link to allow streaming and download torrent. Can you suggest me a 5ghz mikrotik device to do it?

SXT Lite 5 (RBSXT5nDr2) is the device for you.
It will give you 100mbit/s full duplex at the described environment.
If you need more than 100mbit/s - go for RBSXTG-5HPacD

It seems you misinterpret the diagrams… sector is very directional in vertical plane but not in horizontal.
Speed requirements were not stated, but SXT as suggested originally is generally good solution. LHG5 would be good the same (maybe beter) but the question is whether the receiving signal would not be too strong even when tx power will be “overregulated”. But it is cheaper than SXT and with narrower beam, so teoretically would be more resistent to interference from surrounding environment. I would try LHG5 or SXT5Lite if 100Mbits/s is enough.
