point to point low throughput!

Hello,
I have one mikrotik sxt5 5HPnDr2 as AP from Home with a nanosation5 at the shop, I shared home internet via the Mikrotik to shop using PTP.
at Home when I test the internet the speed is 35Mbps , ping is 18 but at the shop when I test the Internet maximum speed is 14Mbps ping is 18 which shop’s nanostation (signal is -30dBm ,Noise Floor is -80dBm and CCQ is 98% ) both are very high from floor and the distance between those nearly is 350m . and no building or any other thing between those. you can see any devices from above, for example from the shop I can see clearly home’s nanostation.

please help me and explain to me why the speed is 14Mbps when the signal is -30dBm it’s not good signal!? near my both devices have 2 small internet Tower and 1 cellular tower, does it affect my PTP internet quality?
how to solve this problem and get the best result.

Thanks.

please help.

-30 is too strong of a signal. Reduce the power on both to maintain a -50 on both. 35Mbps is about the max you can expect from the NanoStation5.

I did it, but the result is the same 14Mbps!
Please help.

What datarates you have in registration table? And other values?

download a simple file it’s througput speed is 1.9MB from the destination, but if i download the same file from the source the result near 4.5MB !!?
which I have a very good signal.!

this is my station throughput speed!

Show wireless settings and signal . -80 noise too high, 36Mbps too low for signaling speed. Change frequency
