Point to point traffic shapping

Hi all,
I have a PtP with about 30 Mbps on download and 70 Mbps on upload when I do a bandwith test from tools… How could I shape this to get 70 in down and 30 in up???
With ubiquiti I use traffic shapping ingress/egress…
