Does anyone know whether MT p2p filtering can affect online poker games? Most involve some sort of software download.
Not being a gambling man myself, I wouldn’t know!

i don’t think any games use kazaa or edonkey file sharing system 
but you can never know
We just added a second gateway - ie gateway=x.x.x.x,y.y.y.y but now the guy playing poker complains he is getting frequently disconnected from his game!
Could ECMP routing be causing this? Must be frustrating if you have a good hand!

it’s because each connection is made through a different gateway and some games have a problem if you connect from somewhere else each turn. this is a known side effect of load balancing when it is done this way.
Any ideas what we can do to solve this? Policy routing probably won’t help since we don’t know which customers want to play these games.
