Hello,

By looking at the tutorials onlineI managed to get the openvpn client working and to connect to the server on a centos machine. Looks like routeros gets the IP and all.

I tried “content” marking first.. Like, trying to get faceboook traffic through the VPN - no luck. I checked the tutorial on Mikrotik Wiki, I couldn’t get it to work.

I tried certain IPs to be routed to the VPN gateway. It doesn’t work from anything outside RouterOS. In other words, I am able to traceroute and see the VPN server in the list when I do it inside winbox. However, when I traceroute from, say, my windows machine, I can’t really see the VPN hop in the list.

I’m guessing I messed something up in the meanwhile, and after hours of working on this, I am about to collapse :confused:

I hope I was clear enough - complete noob here. So, can you please be specific and easy on me :slight_smile: I mean, I always see “paste your config” etc.. I don’t even know how to do that :slight_smile:
