in v3.x how about a NStream Polling Priority option, definable per client MAC address, as part of the access list, AND as a radius definable attrbute to be used with along with Radius MAC authencation
the idea is that you have 3 or 4 levels of polling priority, you can give your higher priced customers a higher priority at the actual radio link then your lower priced customers (i.e. you have a $400/mo dedicated 1.5mbps symetrical customer on the same AP as a $40/mo 3mbps/256kbps burstable residential customer) we can already define bandwidth priority via the dynamic Queue, but they are still contending for the same airtime.
