I recently got Vonage as my business phone provider and i’m having trouble getting their phones to register. They’re Polycom VVX300 phones. I’ve disabled SIP as suggested on their website but I still cannot get the phones to provision. Weird thing is that i can login to the FTP server that the phone is trying to login into from my pc but the phone can’t seem to be able to make the connection. If anybody has any experience with this setup and can give me some suggestions it would be appreciated.
