Pools / Routing failing at it

Hi guys

im in need of some help i have some clients which i need to split premium users need to use the address 10.6.1.0/24 while non-premium users need to use 10.1.1.0/24 but when i do this only the 10.6.1.0/24 users are affected by the usermanager profile the other clients on 10.1.1.0/24 have open lines pulling 10-20 mbps their not capped in anyway even if they are on the queues, my firewall for p2p runs on 10.1.1.0/24 but its no use if i cant capped them on the packages they have like a 1 mbps line or w/e i need some help guys do i need to create a second pppoe server or how do i go about this?

First make sure you have two pools, and two DHCP servers acting from each different pools.

Then you can authenticate the users, and tell these users (normal an VIP users) to use DHCP_VIP or DHCP_normal. Then your users will be given the correct DHCP address.

Once that is done, then you can use the user manager profile to indicate which profile and maybe you should need to indicate packet marks.
