Poor Performance when PPPoE Clients are connected

Hello,
We are having a really strange issue with Mikrotik CCR-1009-8G-1S-1S+
We are a small ISP and use FTTH (Fiber to the home) having around 130 clients. We recently started having this issue (we have not made any changes to the routing). We are using PPPoE to authenticate our customers on our network. When all our our clients gets connected to our network the pings gets affected significantly. The overall pings gets effected. I tried connecting a laptop to the router using one of the ports and I was getting really high pings to the router. My point is, when our PPPoE clients are connected the overall network performance gets effected. At peek hours, we have less than 20% CPU usage and have more than 1500mbs of available RAM. Our ports are also not choking. I have attached screenshots of the differences in pings before and after the PPPoE clients are connected.
We have a single dedicated IP from our ISP and are NATing.
Before PPPoE Clients are Connected: (Directly Connected with a Static IP Using LAN Port)

After PPPoE Clients are Connected: (Directly Connected with a Static IP using LAN Port)

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Do you using masq NAT for your clients? Try to use src-nat.

Tried switching to src-nat.
Didn’t help. Also, when I disable the NAT the ping gets normal.

Figured it out. The out port that was connected to the customer switch was negotiating with 10Mbps for some reason. I manually selected 1000M and now its working fine.
Thanks for the help!

Great!
