pop3 and smtp problems behind mikrotik

currently i have issues with my network using outlook

i have already opened ports 25 and 110 also 587 behind my mikrotik server…
everything works ok when i plug cables to my mikrotik lan..
the problem starts when i log behind my cpes…

my networks is as follows

MK(XEON MACHINE, BANDWIDTH AND ROUTER)---------ROUTERBOARDS 433(AP)------------UBIQUITIS NS5(CPE)----------CUSTOMERS PCS.

SEEMS THAT BEHIND THE APS OR DE CPES SOMETHING IS BLOCKING THOSE PORTS…
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

Probably you have specific firewall or NAT configuration, that is blocking this traffic ?

the problem is not at my mikrotik server, is at my routerboard ap

this ap has no firewall…
no nat
