Port 5678 UDP being blocked

Hi,

I have a client that now have a WatchGuard Firewall.
Before they only have MikroTik APS, but now, i can see that in the firewall the port UDP 5678 is being blocked. Because its broadcast traffic, i cannot create a rule to allow this port to pass.
Is there any way that i can block that port on MikroTik?
