Port based VLAN problem...

Hello!
I’m completely newbie in Mikrotik world. My boss knows a little more, but still we have a big problem described below:

We have 2 CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD (with RouterOS v6.2) them and we need to configure some VLANs.
So far we set some that worked, but going to IP phones or servers with VMware (which has virtual switch), they have worked because the CRS sends the tagged frames and devices on the other side understand these frames.

The problem happens when the frames go straight to the end device as terminals and printers, or have it set up as access ports or port based vlan.

I found this manual:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:CRS_examples#Port_Based_VLAN

That gives me the step-by-step how to do port based vlan.

We follow everything right, but the CRS continues to deliver the packets of other VLANs, note that the last order is precisely to avoid this.

My boss even tried (after making the descriptor above) go Switch> Settings> VLAN and configure the options “Drop if VLAN Not Set On Ports” and “Drop Invalid if VLAN on ports”, but after that the doors fall and present the status of “the link”. AND ONLY ROLLING BACK TO BACK UP BACK.

Someone help, please !!!
