Port forward for a PPTP VPN user

Heya All!

How do I open a port for a PPTP vpn user? I tried different solution online but it didn’t worked.
I mean that PPTP VPN user can use a service on that port.

Local Address: 192.168.1.251
Remote Address: 192.168.1.250
Target Port: 7268

Hey. Can you rephrase a sentance? PPTP server listen 1723 tcp port by default. Does the server side has a globally routable address?
