port forward

good day

i have a mikrotik rooter 450 and i need to port forward betwen two static ip one on my office (ex: 25.255.0.80) and one on my home (46.35.0.182) and the system that am using on my home, working with some kind of web interface ( ex: 192.168.0.1).
