Port Forwarding and Opening (Destiny 2 specific)

I have been getting an error code pretty frequently for destiny 2 (cabbage)
there a few solutions that I have tried, by default upnp was off on my mikrotik router, so i turned that on and rebooted, same issue.
the next is port forwarding/opening.
I don’t know if my pc’s IP address changes because of DHCP or if I would have to turn off that setting in order to port forward.
On their website it says to open these ports:
TCP: 80, 443, 1119-1120, 3074, 3724, 4000, 6112-6114, 7500-7509, 30000-30009
UDP: 80, 443, 1119-1120, 3074, 3097-3196, 3724, 4000, 6112-6114, 27015-27200
and to forward these ports:
UDP: 3074, 3097
I tried looking up guides, mikrotik specific guides about port forwarding, and I could not put two and two together about opening and forwarding the destiny 2 specific ports.
Thank you in advance, let me know if I need to add more details. Below is router config

For the UPnP to work, you need to add interfaces:

/ip upnp interfaces
add interface=ether1 type=external
add interface=bridge type=internal
enable 0,1

Otherwise all ports are open by default, to forward ports you need to add dstnat rules:

/ip firewall nat
add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat protocol=udp dst-port=3074 in-interface=ether1 to-addresses="PC_LAN_address" to-ports=3074
add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat protocol=udp dst-port=3097 in-interface=ether1 to-addresses="PC_LAN_address" to-ports=3097
