Hi guys i am trying to do Port forwarding for DVR on RBLHGR&R11e-LTE i am having difficulties please help.

write more bcs we dont know what difficulties you have.
Maybe you not have public ip, maybe you not do DNAT rule, maybe you not allow at Filters, maybe destination device not respond…

and you should use VPN, not port forward to any CCTV system.
