I have a server into my local net and i need to forward 5222 port
For example ta.dlinkddns.com host.
I need to access to ta.dlinkddns.com from www and from my local net
Access to ta.dlinkddns.com from www works , but access from local net to ta.dlinkddns.com doesn’t
Can you help me?

What is the host you try to access, what is its ip address, is it your network? What does export compact contain, as screenshot, while it might appear useful, does not give anywhere near as useful information as export.
Also if i am guessing right, you have to look at hairpin nat problem and possible solutions to it.
Try looking up port forward on the MikroTik wiki, there is an example on there with want IP and LAN IP in/out
