i’m using mikrotik and all is fine with me, but i have a tiny problem that i can’t access my router remotely with winbox and telnet.

Probably you have firewall rule in chain=input that is blocking access to your router.

How can I suggest your solution, if I do not know anything about the router configuration ?
You need to find the way to access this router locally with monitor and keyboard or serial COM cable and check what is wrong with that router.
